Skin Etiquette will be happy to exchange any product that is defective, damaged, or simply did not work out for your skin.

$10 Flat Rate on all U.S. orders
All standard orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days.
Your package will be shipped via USPS.
Once your package is shipped you will receive a shipment notification via email with your tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to track your package. Please add between 1-3 additional days for Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories.
If you need to make an exchange or return a product for store credit, please review the information below.
We accept returns/exchanges for purchases up to 30 days after the original in-store purchase date or the shipping date of the product.
If you are sending the product back, please include with the product all parts it came with and your receipt in order to be eligible for an exchange or store credit.
You will be responsible for the return shipping charges, which will not be refunded. Return shipping costs are only refundable when the original product was packaged incorrectly or damaged during shipping. All other shipping fees and costs are non-refundable.
To ensure your product(s) are received by Skin Etiquette, it is recommended to add insurance to your parcel through your preferred carrier.
